• Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details.

A refund may be considered only in cases of total dissatisfaction with the consultation service and solely at the astrologer's discretion. The customer must submit a written refund request within 24 hours of the consultation by emailing rpmrainbonia@gmail.com with details of the concern. Requests received after 24 hours will not be eligible for review. The customer acknowledges that inaccuracies in the birth details provided (including date, time, or place of birth) may affect the interpretation and outcome of the consultation; such inaccuracies may be taken into account when reviewing any refund request. Nothing in this policy limits statutory consumer rights where applicable by law.

By booking a consultation, you acknowledge:

• Results vary by individual

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for personal, financial, or professional decisions made by clients
• Services are provided "as is" without warranties of outcome

• Abusive or inappropriate behavior occurs
• False information is provided
• Payment disputes arise

All website content, branding, and consultation materials remain our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without permission.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India without regard to conflict of law principles.
